Fairfield of Plano is located in Collin County, Plano, Texas, between Brand Road and Murphy Road. One block to the north is FM 544, and Renner Road is only a few blocks to the south. We have the sole distinction of being the City of Plano’s most eastern community on the map.

Next Scheduled Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting
The next Association meeting will be the 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled to take place on February 22, 2020 at 3:30PM at Murphy City Hall meeting room.
Private matters (such as account questions and violation waiver requests) should be addressed in a closed meeting with the Board. Written requests to be on the Agenda of meeting with the Board at the next quarterly Board of Directors meeting may be sent to Fairfield of Plano HOA, c/o Veracity, Inc., 5204 Village Creek Dr., Suite 202, Plano, TX 75093.

Important Notice - Annual Assessment payments
Annual assessments of $220 are due on or before January 1, 2020, and a late fee will be added to the account if payment is not received and posted to the account by Jan 30, 2020. If you have changed your mailing address, please be sure to contact Veracity to update any new information as soon as possible. If you would like to make a payment online, you may select the option at the top right corner of the webpage. There is a convenience fee for payments made with a credit card, however there is no fee for this service if you select ACH debit option. If you wish to mail your payment, you may send payments to: Fairfield of Plano, c/o Veracity, Inc., P.O. Box 96354, Las Vegas, NV, 89193-6354.
Please allow mailing and processing time to ensure payment is received in a timely manner. Please be sure to include the account number on all payments submitted to ensure proper processing.
Upcoming Weed Treatment
The next community weed treatment will take place in the first few weeks of March 2020 (weather permitting). If you have registered for the service in the past, you are still on the list to receive treatment. If you have never registered for treatment, you will need to call Veracity, Inc 214-368-3388 to inquire about receiving this free service offered by the Association.
