Weed Treatment Coming Up
The upcoming treatment will occur the week of May 8, 2017 (weather permitting). If you would like to participate in the weed treatment program, please contact Veracity 214-368-3388 to request a form or you may download a form from the Residents’ Documents section to complete and submit.

Annual assessments are due on or before January 1, 2017, and a late fee will be added to the account if payment is not received and applied to the account by Jan 30, 2017. If you have changed your mailing address, please be sure to contact Veracity to update any new information as soon as possible. If you would like to make a payment online, you may select the option at the top right corner of the webpage. There is a convenience fee for payments made with a credit card, however there is no fee for this service if you select ACH debit option. If you wish to mail your payment, you may send payments to: Fairfield of Plano, c/o Veracity, Inc., P.O. Box 96354, Las Vegas, NV, 89193-6354.
Please allow mailing and processing time to ensure payment is received in a timely manner. Please be sure to include the account number on all payments submitted to ensure proper processing.
